Letter from owner seeking permission to use aircraft for photographic purposes with a Fairchild F 8 camera. The writer also voiced a concern about the aircraft being over gross weight with the photographer and camera. There is a hand written response on the letter from the Bureau of Commerce that they have no objection to the camera as long as they run the modification through Manufacturing inspector.
