Ripley Aircraft Repair of North East Township Pennsylvania sent a letter to Department of Air Commerce stating that they had sold the fuselage of s/n 1225 on August 30, 1935 to the Brockton Aviation Club Brockton Mass. The fuselage had been brought to Ripley Aircraft Repair in July 1933 for repair. Ripley attempted to contact Transit. They sold the fuselage Brockton Flying Service in August 1935.
